On 30 March 2000, the Company was informed that on 29
March 2000 Everett Financial Management Limited purchased
10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing
approximately 16.09 per cent. of the issued share capital
of the Company.

Everett Financial Management Limited then sold 7,168,000
ordinary shares to its clients on 29 March 2000, leaving
Everett Financial Management Limited with a balance of
2,832,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing
approximately 4.55 per cent. of the issued share capital
of the Company.

Everett Financial Management Limited then sold 652,000
ordinary shares to its clients on 30 March 2000, leaving
Everett Financial Management Limited with a balance of
2,180,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing
approximately 3.50 per cent. of the issued share capital
of the Company.
