Interim Dividend

The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that an interim dividend of 3.5p per H share in the Company ("H Share") will be paid on 8 May 2015 to all holders of H Shares who are on the Company's register of members as at close of business on 24 April 2015. The ex-dividend date is 23 April 2015.

This will be the third dividend paid in respect of H Shares, bringing total dividends since H Shares were first issued in March 2012 to 10.5p per H Share.
