Result of Tender Offer



The Board of Dexion Trading Limited (the "Company") announces that valid
acceptances of the Tender Offer have been received for 34,218,993 # Shares,
representing 41.2 per cent. of the Company's Existing # Shares.  Following
completion of the Tender Offer (but before Conversion of C # Shares) 48,781,007
# Shares will remain in issue and accordingly it is expected that the Minimum
Size Condition will be satisfied.

The Tender Offer remains subject to certain conditions, and may be suspended or
terminated in certain circumstances. In particular, completion of the Tender
Offer is conditional, amongst other things, upon the Company having received
proceeds from the liquidation of the existing portfolio equal to or exceeding
the number of Existing # Shares for which valid acceptances of the Tender Offer
have been received multiplied by the Tender Price (or such lower amount as the
Company and Hoare Govett may agree).

It is anticipated that the Tender Offer Calculation Date for the Tender Price
will be 28 September 2007 and that settlement of the consideration for # Shares
purchased under the Tender Offer will occur approximately five business days
after the later of (i) all of the conditions of the Tender Offer having been
satisfied or waived and (ii) 31 October 2007 (or such later date as the
Directors and Hoare Govett may determine).
