Rights
CVS, one of the UK's leading
providers of integrated veterinary services, announces that, as of
31 December 2024, the Company's total issued share capital consists
of 71,740,184 Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each with each one carrying
one voting right. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury
and the total number of voting rights is therefore
71,740,184.
This figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a
change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
