                         Statement re. Award of Costs                          

Further to an article in the Daily Telegraph the Company confirms that Mr
Kenneth Murray has been ordered to pay costs to the Company in respect of the
litigation. Mr Murray has been ordered to pay an interim sum of �230,000 on
account of these costs, to be paid within 21 days.
