                 Resumption of Trading in the Company's Shares

Further to the announcement made on 11 February 2005 concerning the temporary
suspension of the Company's shares, the Company announces that it has applied
for trading in its shares to resume with immediate effect.

The temporary suspension arose from a Court Order obtained in Scotland by the
Company's former chief executive, which had the effect of freezing some of the
Company's bank accounts. This Order has now been overturned and legal costs have
been awarded to the Company.

The Company is in dispute with the former chief executive over issues including
his previous service contract and on warrants which may attach to the Company's
shares.

On the service contract, a Court judgement was made last year in favour of the
Company whilst granting a limited leave to appeal to the former chief executive.
The Company continues to expect a final and satisfactory outcome to this case in
due course. Warrant entitlements were issued to the former chief executive in
1998. The Company is obtaining legal advice on claims made pursuant to these
warrants. Whilst the Company is keeping its options open pending clarification
of this complex issue, the board may challenge any such claim in respect of
these warrants depending on the determination in law of their validity or
otherwise.

We are pleased to be able to resume normal business trading. However, the
freezing of Company bank accounts has hindered the Company's business operations
and it will consider carefully what claims for loss of business or other damages
it may bring against the former chief executive as a result.
