LIQUIDATION OF THE COMPANY AND CANCELLATION OF LISTING

The Company announces that, on 6 September 2013, its members voted the Company into Members' Voluntary Liquidation.

In accordance with Listing Rule 5.2.12 the Company's admission to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange is due to be cancelled with effect from 7 a.m. on 10 September 2013.
