CLOSE ENHANCED COMMODITIES FUND II LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")

DIRECTOR'S OTHER DIRECTORSHIP

Notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14 that Mr Graham Harrison, a director of the Company, has advised the Company that he has ceased to be a director of ISIS Property Trust Limited ("IPT").

Mr Harrison became a director of F&C UK Real Estate Investments Limited (formerly known as IRP Property Investments Limited) ("F&C") following the completion of the successful merger of IPT and F&C pursuant to which F&C acquired the business and assets of IPT.

Mr Harrison has advised that the merger was effective from 11 April 2013.
