The Company was informed separately on 25 April 2005 and 26 April 2005 by Morgan
Stanley Securities Limited ("MSSL"), that pursuant to two separate disposals of
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 April 2005
and 22 April 2005 respectively, MSSL now has an interest in 3,050,000 Ordinary
Shares pursuant to Section 208 (5) of the Companies Act 1985. This represents
approximately 5.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
