following the purchase on 1 June 2005 of 4,350,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
8.9% of the Ordinary Share Capital of the Company at a price of 31p per Ordinary
Share, KBC Peel Hunt holds 4,350,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.9% of the
Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
