The Board of ACP Capital Limited (the "Company": AIM: APL) today announces a 
return of capital of 4.85 pence per share, payable on 5 May 2010 to shareholders 
on the register on 23 April 2010.  The ex-dividend date will be 21 April 2010. 
This payment is conditional upon the receipt of the Company's share of a 
distribution from ACP Mezzanine Limited announced on 8 April 2010. 
This distribution of approximately GBP10.1 million mainly comprises the proceeds 
from the disposal of the Company's CDO / CLO portfolio (as announced on 16 
December 2009) and the distribution to be received from ACP Mezzanine Limited.
