    ALL IPO PLC ('ALL IPO' or the 'Company')

    On the 30th June, the Company approved the grant of options over new Ordinary shares of 1p ('Ordinary Shares') to the following
employees:

 Chris Newland     650,000    750,000
 Robert Emmet      100,000    100,000  

    An additional 600,000 options have been granted to non-directors of the company.

    The options over ordinary shares in the Company were granted at a price of 1.375 pence and are exercisable up to 30th June 2018.

    The company has re-priced all outstanding options to the current mid price of 1.375 pence. The number of options to be re-priced is
2,317,026 comprising 1,847,026 director options and 470,000 non-director options.
