                            Appointment of Directors


The Directors of Arko are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Zhang Jing
as an Executive Director and Mr. Liu Shengrong as a Non-Executive Director of
the Company.


Mr. Zhang, aged 31 years, is a certified public accountant who has worked for
the Finance Departments of Keen Chance Terminal (Guangzhou) Co. Limited and the
Changzhou Power Development Limited.


Mr. Liu Shengrong, aged 56 years, is a lawyer and former Vice Chief Prosecutor
in the Prosecution Department of Wu Han, Hu Bei province and is currently Vice
President of Guangzhou Zhong Ke Xin Group and Legal Consultant to Inner Mongolia
Yili Group.


There is no further information required under the AIM Rules in respect of Mr.
Zhang and Mr. Liu.
