The Supplementary Prospectus dated 10 March 2021 (the
"Supplementary Prospectus") supplementing the prospectus (the
"Prospectus") relating to the GBP5,000,000,000 Secured Debt
Issuance Programme, with Quadgas Finance plc as the issuer and
Quadgas MidCo Limited and Quadgas PledgeCo Limited as the
guarantors.
The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in
