Sale and purchase agreement completed for the sale of 100% of the shares in Solveig Gas Holdco AS

Following on from the notice provided on 1(st) April 2019, Solveig Gas Norway AS (the "Company") can confirm that HV VII Uniform II AS, a portfolio company of HitecVision has completed its acquisition of Solveig Gas Holdco AS (the owner of 100% of the shares in the Company) from CPP Investment Board European Holdings S.á r.l., Infinity Investments S.A. and Allianz Infrastructure Norway Holdco I S.á r.l., with a commercial effective date of 1 January 2019 (the "Transaction").

The closing of the Transaction was subject to the approval of the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, the Norwegian Ministry of Finance, and the Norwegian Competition Authority. These approvals have now been received.
