Extension of Early Instruction Deadline for Consent Solicitation by Meadowhall Finance PLC in respect of certain securitisation bonds

Meadowhall Finance PLC (the "Issuer") refers to the Consent Solicitation to the holders of the Relevant Bonds referred to in the table below which was announced on 17 June 2020 and to the Consent Solicitation Document dated the same date. Terms defined in that Consent Solicitation Document bear the same meaning when used in this announcement.

The Issuer has been made aware that certain Relevant Bondholders may be encountering logistical difficulties in meeting the current Early Instruction Deadline. The Issuer wishes to give Relevant Bondholders further time to assess the Proposed Waivers and Amendments and therefore notifies Relevant Bondholders that it has extended the Early Instruction Deadline to 5.00 p.m. on 6 July 2020. All references to the Early Instruction Deadline in the Consent Solicitation Document and in the Notices of Meetings are deemed to refer to such deadline as so extended. All other terms of the Consent Solicitation and the other timings and deadlines remain the same as described in the Consent Solicitation Document and the Notices of Meetings are not affected by this extension.
