has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is now
available for viewing:
Supplementary prospectus dated 1 October 2020 (the
"Supplementary Prospectus") to the base prospectus dated 10 March
2020, as supplemented from time to time, (the "Prospectus")
relating to the Pension Insurance Corporation plc GBP3,000,000,000
Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in
