Pursuant to a Section 212 enquiry, the Company has today been informed that,
Jupiter Asset Management Limited is now interested in a total of 9,805,407
Ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 13.81% of the issued class of capital.

Jupiter Asset Management Limited does not hold any shares beneficially, but
holds them as an investment manager acting on behalf of discretionary clients.
