Centana Intrastate Pipeline (CIPCO) Announces Expansion and Open Season

DENVER, March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Centana Intrastate Pipeline
(CIPCO), a wholly owned subsidiary of DCP Midstream, LLC, announced
it will expand the working gas capacity at its Spindletop natural
gas storage facility located in Beaumont, Texas. The expansion will
consist of two phases. Phase 1 is a 2.5 billion cubic feet (Bcf)
increase currently under development and to be available September
2009. CIPCO is also evaluating a 6 Bcf phase 2 expansion that,
subject to customer interest, could be available for service
September 2011. The non-binding open season will run from April
1-30, 2008 and will be for storage services linked to both phases.

Spindletop currently has 8.5 Bcf of working gas storage and 22,000
horsepower of compression. The expansions could add up to an
additional 13,500 horsepower. "Our Spindletop salt cavern storage
facility is distinguished by its high deliverability, and its
strategic location to the Beaumont/Port Arthur industrial market
and to two future LNG import terminals. This expansion is in
response to increased market demand. We offer a full range of
services including firm and interruptible storage to meet our
customers' needs," said Poe Reed, DCP Midstream's vice president,
natural gas marketing. The Spindletop storage facility has receipts
and deliveries with key intrastates and interstates including Texas
Eastern Transmission, Sabine Pipeline, Florida Gas, NGPL, Kinder
Morgan, Energy Transfer, Channel Gas, and proposed deliveries with
