TELECOM ITALIA: SALE OF THE BUILDING IN VIA NEGRI MILAN FOR 75 MILLION Long term rental contract signed
Rome, 31 March 2014 Telecom Italia announces to have sold the building owned in via Negri 1, Milan, to Fondo Inarcassa RE for 75 million euros. The building, located in a highly prestigious zone of the city centre, very close to Piazza Affari and the Duomo, offers 6 floors above ground and a basement floor, for a gross usable area of 11,600 square metres. The building, comprehensively renovated in 2007, hosts, primarily, offices and a telephone exchange on the ground floor and basement. Together with the deed of sale, Telecom Italia signed a long term rental contract, the building will remain the Milan headquarters of the Company.
