and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries and Mr Edward C. Johnson 3rd (Principal Shareholder of FMR
Corp. and Fidelity International Limited) have a notifiable interest in
4,220,700 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.55% of the Company's issued Ordinary
