NEW ORDINARY SHARES TO BE ADMITTED TO TRADING ON AIM


Further to the announcement made on 12 December 2003 in relation to a placing at
a price of 7.5p per share, application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for 4,000,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and
it is expected that dealings will commence on 20 January 2004.

The proceeds of this placing has raised #300,000 for the Company.
