$153.48 becomes $30.60 after 80% dilution. Ackman’s estimate of low $30’s after release is thus spot-on based on that Peter Lynch Fair Value of $153.48. I’m not predicting that dilution, just found it interesting that the Lynch and Ackman models are so close.
