I understand now,merger was complete but had a 20 day mandatory conversion waiting period from filing date ,it ended Wednesday and merger was complete and new company’s first day was Thursday,Friday was 1st day of some institutional buying (burst basket trades) Monday could be really good with institutional buying,I bet updates/PRs will be often now.
We made it thru the merger,no dilution drop or reverse split ,Congratulations everyone!!!

Surprised there is not more activity on this board. Merger is happening any day now.

$SRXH I have posted in some time, but holding strong and added this past week again . all good here. The DD is strong , not going by all the IMO (in my opinion) folks out there, just the facts, disclosures and potential.

I added another 7500.  I avg up.   Now my avg is .1262

The entire market was down today.

I suspect people took some profit, got some cash, and will spend it next week on the big space X IPO.

Also most Friday are usually red. People are afraid of a possible attack from whatever crazy country. At least not Iran anymore, but there are so many other USA haters.
This being said, next week will be better for us. Reading prediction above 1 dollar after merger.
I might get more shares on Monday.

Got the prospectus from Fidelity. Skimmed it... Haven't been keeping tabs much, or even following Eric on X regularly. First heard of him-- a mention on ceo/ca/BTQ I had already bought in.. Then got in three of his other reco'd stocks Shoulda closed open. The other two are pretty good stocks.

He's a trip, that's fo sho.

Pre-merger 20 day VWAP so price pinned around 0.1250 or so.

At this rate, it will be worthless come 'merger' time. This thing is a sinking ship.

To be fair. Its not about penny stock. Its listed on nyse sew York stock exchange.
Doest hold the same parameters as nasdaq or penny market.Less constraints. No minimum bid expectations

This company is in the process of building something great and adjusting to new regulations such as crypto.All companies if you look around are making these shuffles getting in place and ready for the new order of things
Specifically emjx once fully merged will have a great position.Having deals with huge companies one being SpaceX who is going public around same day as merger is to be complete.
Its unfortunate that we have to wait and deal with the bs mechanics behind the scenes but as one great investor said

Just hold a couple thousand for shits n giggles and trade other stocks dont look at this one learn to be a l8ng them trader. Flipping and short term is frustrating 
Find the one to tick flip and do the research and find the ones to hold long. Set it n forget it

Now p.s. Just because the merger goes through doesn't mean it will blast off right away. It might go up and go back down like all stocks on news. Buy the hype sell the news.
But long term it will gradually rise to unimaginable highs
Key to trading for me is buy a large amount on the hype sell 50% on the news and hold 50% for the long term.

Well, usually I do not like companies with carrot dividend PR.

But still doing DDs to confirm legitimacy of that penny stock acting, and trading like any other penny scam stocks.
