                        STREAM GROUP PLC (the "Company")

The issuer has advised that the following amendment should have been made to the
Additional Listing announcement released at 14:17 on Monday 8 December 2003,
under RNS Number 9925S. The application of shares should have been for 821,843
new ordinary shares. The full corrected version appears below.


Application has today been made for 821,843 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange
pursuant to the exercise of options. The new shares have been allotted by the
Company, subject to admission, and will rank pari passu with the existing
ordinary shares in the Company, and trading is expected to commence on 15
December 2003.
