Saw that when checking the aftermarket trading in LODE. Insider spent some real coin yesterday and today in two purchases.
To be fair to the CEO he did mention a few months ago that insiders were planning on buying and seeing now that they are.
Good news for sure.
Still jaded as to all the past r/s, and especially the association of KK, yet if LODE can actually start generating income it may become easier to forget him. And if they get rid of him at Bioleum and replace him with anyone that has moral fiber, it may even become a wonderful investment. Doubtful now yet who knows.

The reaction today is great. I think we could maybe get some announcements form other insiders purchases. He spent 100 000 dollars to purchase some stocks. It is interesting.

That is good news, much better than insider selling.
The CEO is probably monitoring the pulse of public sentiment and most importantly, the lack luster stock price with the heavy shorting. At this point buying stock is the only bullet left in his gun.

Curious to see how much the scrap from the solar panels are worth after paying someone to melt it all down.

Who knows, maybe in ten years or so LODE will hit $4.00/share. Hopefully not after having three more r/s

Here i m really disappointed because Corrado said he is ok for 3/4 months actvity for the first plant on 20% of the capacity. Just like he said 1 month ago... therefore we cant expecte important revenue this year and maybe nothing for 2027.

About Bioleum, i remember big contracts in Australia, Pakistan for engineering etc and ... huge revenue... and we are 1 year later and no notifications about that. Shareholders of Comstock apparently are loosing whole feedback about that. It is horrible.

Many deceptions i know... but what i dont understandis ... how many investors subcribe to their capital increase while they are not able to respect anything.

Not gonna listen to the CEO blather this time as last time his voice caused a UTI in my corgi and killed my last remaining gold fish.

No, though reading through the 10k it is reassuring to see the company still is lost in mud. Did notice the company wants a power source for their land for some data center which probably means they plan on building another sun and then use the sun to power solar panels, or maybe pay some people to eat beans and harvest the gas to power some costco generators hooked in series.

One day this company may earn a penny or two, in a galaxy far far away. In the meantime the directors grow fat with shares, KK and cronies at bioleum wait for more money to fuel their greedy ambitions and the CEO remains the perfect poster child of (censored)

It is admirable to think something very well is coming on Comstock. It would be nice to see something nice.
I will admit that there could be something nice coming and yet must mention the reality of what is already here.
1. Dilution of shares.
2. Free loading directors who do nothing
3. No known income from sale of silver that is supposed to exist in solar panels
4. Only insiders have benefited from Bioleum
5. A CEO who only cares for insiders and the big 'boys'
6. Past Greenshift management at the helm of Bioleum with a proven HORRIBLE track record
(and yes, the potential)
1. recycle soar panels and get paid for it
2. Management might share investor enriching means to LODE investors IF Bioleum actually is real
3. Sales go through for the worthless land Comstock touts as being so wonderful
4. If pigs start flying through the air and speak French.

In the meantime, anything positive regarding LODE should start with the preface of, "Once upon a time..."

Why results ? Because we will have a lot of revenue ! And the profitability on the « Urban Mine » will be huuuuuge !

Therefore … I think something very well is coming on Comstock.

Earnings report for LODE is coming soon, only why do they call it 'earnings?'

The company should call the report, 'Lost Money report', or 'We really don't give a shit report'.

And that's the problem of Comstock. Much like many of these publicly traded insider money pits, the predictions always appear rosy. GERS, another KK concubine, was a prediction of controlling the ethanol market.

Comstock has a long history of 'untold riches' in minerals in the ground and yet, nothing. Comstock predicted a game changer with lignin being used for fuel; LODE shareholders to profit... and yet? Marathon. Wells Fargo. Some Swedish guys. Some farmers growing some plants...THEY will profit and the LODE shareholders get more gaslighting.

This is why I'm so hostile to KK, and all the rest of the Comstock management. They are the only ones profiting and I predict, will be the only ones profiting in the future.

I predict the only money for an 'investor' (gambler) in LODE will be to try and buy the dips and sell the brief moments of euphoria.

As for another prediction, we all hear about the 'endless' silver mine of solar panels yet complete silence on how much has been recovered. I noticed 'they' steered that conversation into ," We are developing a refinery, smelter, forge, magic beans..."

Sure. Some gamblers will bank profit 'maybe' while for sure the insiders of Comstock and Bioleum will laugh at the peasants as they squeeze the cash out of the company.

And with absolute certainty I can say I'm an asshole as to commenting on Comstock just as I can say the management of Comstock truly only is concerned on THEIR own interests with shareholders being placed into the lowest depths of the shit located in an active outhouse.

Bioleum update: Nothing to show except they now have a really ritzy web page. It has pictures and everything. Interesting to see how they show stakeholders to include Comstock. Whatever happened to the satellite that comstock had to find minerals and stuff? Did KK steal it to try and find his conscious?

LODE earnings report did not come out today as 'tentatively' scheduled. That's good because the number loss will be horrible.
Management needs to give directors more shares for all their hard work and then the rest should go to KK and his groupies over at bioleum.

when will Comstock management split off the solar grinding operation and give it to the janitor to run and profit from? Just like the fuels division they should give that away too and then tell the shareholders they plan to grow and sell magical cactus? maybe the janitor is related to KK?
