I gotcha, like the post

They MAY BE a Q or FOUR away from committing to do so... If I were them I'd wait until THEY KNEW profitability was sustainable. Otherwise, all the additional & relevant costs; auditing, filing, registration, time (opportunity costs) & other maintenance -- REGULAR AUDITING activities -- requirements might affect funding sustainable growth & business development.

Obviously, a need. But I'd personally wait until the numbers suggest growth & business expansion (maintaining cash flow, etc.) is more-or-less guaranteed. Then take next steps.

The big problem I see is unaudited Financials, making nice money ALLEGEDLY, Get it audited

On March 16, 2020 the stock DROPS to a one-day LOW of $0.093 on ~DOUBLE+ the average volume AT (in & around) THAT TIME. Although this is currently near a double-bottom from July 2019 (triple if you LOOSELY count that March 2020 area), ... there is NO CLEAR indication what comes next! With the RSI being oversold...

Some stocks are JUST WORTHY of being TRACKED & STALKED until such time as PERFORMANCE suggests a reversal is at hand,... & technically establishes a TRACK RECORD in support of same.

The prevailing wisdom is that INUV faces downward advertising budget pressures in a negative business environment, continued recession, rising rates; while from a tech analysis pov, it looks like INUV might find a bottom soon & subsequent REVERSAL ... Question is: Will it BE HERE or LOWER?

Well, from THAT pov the stock just got BACK onto my radar. Now that support has broken the QUESTION is how far, how long & HOW DEEP before any kind of bounce can reliably be projected.

That's the question. Still haven't ANY CLUE about the fundies here as I never really got into it when the resistances didn't get BROKEN (from my previous chart).

Anyone care to chime in on fundies, catalysts, the VALUE proposition & why this stock is A BETTER BUY lower than IT WAS higher? I'm all ears. Until then, I'll just rely on the charts until I do some REAL DD projecting winners into 2023!!

Not a bad 1yr chart considering all the BS

The CHART looks like a reversal lower is likely into some longer-term support. May be a good trade setting up.

But I have NO CLUE what their fundamentals & financial circumstances are like so it's just a deep dive into the DD for me.

Looking for one or two pennies to diversify into since I haven't really been active in the OTC in awhile. LMK if you have any interesting ideas to look up!
