Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On November 7, 2022, Angela M. Baker informed Empire Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) that she was resigning as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company effective November 30, 2022.   Ms. Baker intends, if necessary, to stay past November 30th on a part-time or consulting basis to ensure a smooth transition of her duties.
