prepared cuisine in a modern, street fronting restaurant space
located at 120 S. Brea Blvd in the heart of downtown Brea, California. The newly expanded and
remodeled venue is at an inline location with the Brea Improv, Yard
House, and a growing roster of new dining, entertainment and
lifestyle destinations fronting North OC's exciting Brea Blvd

culinary skills with a curated menu defined by unique fusion and
fresh interpretations of timeless classics. She will lead a
professional ensemble from a recently renovated open kitchen,
designed to showcase technique and process.
