Milburn to Help Scale Nation’s Most Reliable EV
Charging Network through Hypergrowth
EVPassport, the most reliable EV charging network in the United
States, has appointed Mike Milburn to its Board of Directors.
Milburn previously served as the Chief Customer Officer at
Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE: CRM) and brings over 20 years of experience
in leadership positions specializing in SaaS, growth, and
innovation. As an Independent Board Director, Milburn will support
the company’s ability to scale operations to fuel the next phase of
hypergrowth.
The appointment comes at a time of rapid growth for EVPassport.
In October 2023, the company received a $200 million investment to
accelerate the build-out of its end-to-end EV charging solution.
EVPassport utilizes an innovative business model that allows for
charging infrastructure to be installed under an
infrastructure-as-a-service (“IaaS”) model, supporting its client
base with turnkey solutions. This contractual framework is paired
with an advanced technology platform that prioritizes the customer
experience through high reliability, open API integrations, and an
app-less charging experience. Since EVPassport’s inception in 2020,
the company has scaled its network across 35 states, as well as
Canada and Mexico. It has deployed thousands of chargers, serving
over 500 enterprise customers, primarily focusing on the
multi-family, hospitality, and retail sectors, while delivering a
99.97% uptime.

Milburn is an Executive Partner at Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P.
(“THL”), a premier private equity firm investing in middle-market
growth companies. Prior to joining THL, Milburn co-founded Pimly
and served as the President of Salsify and Chief Customer Officer
at Salesforce, where he drove customer success programs for some of
the largest SaaS customers. He was on the founding team for
Salesforce Service Cloud and led the entry into the field service
market, ultimately ending in Salesforce’s acquisition of Click
Software. In addition to EVPassport, Milburn sits on the Board of
Directors for Cadalys and Swantide. Previously, he sat on the Board
of Directors for Samanage (now SolarWinds Corp; NYSE: SWI) and
OnProcess, part of Accenture (NYSE: ACN). Milburn’s Advisory Board
roles include ScreenMeet, Data.world, Replicant and CIPIO.ai.
