Peterson brings nearly 30 years of industry experience and will lead optimization strategy in eCommerce solutions

Radial, Inc., a bpostgroup company and the leader in eCommerce solutions, today announced Billy Peterson has joined the company as the Senior Vice President (SVP), Service Delivery Operations. Peterson will be responsible for driving innovation, optimizing operational processes, and continuing Radial's journey to inspire employees and improve eCommerce performance for its customers. Peterson will be a member of Radial’s executive leadership team and play a critical role in the organization’s launch process evolution and driving optimization strategy. His leadership will ensure Radial continues to fulfill customer promises, meet their expectations, and build their loyalty, which are essential for customer satisfaction.

Peterson draws on a career spanning nearly three decades of executive leadership in supply chain and logistics. Prior to joining Radial, Peterson served as the Division President at GXO Logistics, Inc., where he played a transformative role in establishing and leading the GXO Direct Division, creating the market-leading business model and driving operational success. Peterson also served as Vice President of Operations at Geodis and Director of North American Operations at Neovia Logistics. He also held leadership roles at NFI (California Cartage Company), Schneider Logistics, Saddle Creek Logistics Services and PepsiCo.
