Strategy Officer (CSO). In this executive leadership role, Bailey
will co-lead the development and execution of CLYNK's growth
strategy across new and existing markets to drive revenue, market
share, and policy initiatives.

Bailey brings nearly two decades of strategic leadership
experience in the recycling and circular economy space to CLYNK. He
spent the last seven years at the Oregon Beverage Recycling
Cooperative (OBRC), most recently as CEO. Building on CLYNK bag
drop technology, OBRC scaled their bag drop program to over 1
million accounts and propelled Oregon to become the nation's top-performing
bottle bill state. Prior to his role with OBRC, Jules served as a
state legislator, serving on the committee that modernized
Oregon's bottle bill.

In this cross-functional executive role, Bailey will spearhead

He will oversee competitive intelligence, risk assessment, and
long-range strategic planning. Additionally, Bailey will advise
CLYNK's CEO and Leadership Team on key strategic decisions and
organizational alignment.

communicating CLYNK's vision externally, and his portfolio will
oversee CLYNK's government affairs and policy development.
Bailey's appointment is effective immediately. He will be based
out of Portland, Oregon.
