DCC Marketing appointed of Molly Wilson as the new Managing Director of Accounts and Public Affairs. Wilson brings a wealth of experience with an impressive career in strategic marketing and communications across industries. Her expertise spans executive leadership, advanced marketing techniques, community engagement, crisis management.

She recently served as the Communications Director for the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture (RICA), where she led marketing, communications, and events for the institute including visiting dignitaries and Heads of State. She has held leadership roles at the Howard G. Buffett Foundation (HGBF), Memorial Health, Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM). At HGBF, she managed a high-impact agricultural programs and led large-scale campaigns. In the healthcare sector, she managed multi-million-dollar budgets to implement multichannel communication and advertising campaigns and supported media relations for major health systems.

As managing director, Wilson is responsible for developing and executing community engagement strategies, managing media relations, and overseeing public policy programs. She’ll assist in identifying emerging opportunities to provide value for DCC's clients.
