Annual list honors women leaders for their
unwavering dedication and commitment to furthering channel
excellence
Mitel®, a global leader in business communications, announced
today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named
nine channel leaders from North America and Europe to the Women of
the Channel list for 2024.
Every year, CRN highlights women from vendor, distributor, and
solution provider organizations whose vision and leadership have a
beneficial influence on the technology industry. The CRN 2024 Women
of the Channel honorees are creative, strategic leaders who show an
ongoing commitment to using their skills to innovate and drive
success for their partners and customers.

Jessica Maria, Head of Regional Marketing, Americas –
Jessica leads Mitel’s regional and channel marketing team across
the Americas region. Over the past year, she leveraged Mitel’s data
analytics efforts across all aspects of her marketing programs to
improve performance, partner relationships, decision-making
processes, and pipeline. This included leveraging deep data
insights on Mitel’s customer base, in collaboration with partners,
to upgrade customers from legacy platforms and taking strategic and
targeted data to go after new business.
Ashley Williams, Head of Hospitality, Americas – Ashley
is responsible for Mitel’s go-to-market strategy for hospitality
solutions. With over a decade of hospitality experience at Mitel,
she has built long-trusted relationships with market influencers,
analysts, consultants, and ownership groups, including major flags
like Marriot, Hyatt, and Hilton. Recently, Ashley oversaw the
creation of Mitel’s successful hospitality specialization for
partners, contributing to partner and revenue growth.
Misty Hanvey, Senior Manager, Global Partner Program –
Throughout her career, Misty has succeeded across various areas of
the channel, including developing and managing channel programs and
tools. Over the past year, she led the launch of Mitel’s new
partner onboarding program, which has boosted the overall partner
experience by promoting ease of business and increased partner
engagement.
Fiona Hills, Director, Global Partner Program – Fiona
leads key elements of Mitel’s Global Partner Program. With over 20
years of channel experience, she has developed a hands-on approach
to formulating programs that drive engagement and increase sales.
In 2023, Fiona played a central role in launching partner dashboard
experiences that increased partners' visibility into their customer
base with a focus on customer lifecycle management (CLM)
initiatives.
Meloni Lemoine, Senior Manager, Global Partner Relations
– Over her career, Meloni has developed an extensive track record
of leading innovative technology integration, launching start-ups,
and unleashing performance through cross-functional teams and
channel partners. In her current role, she advocates for partners'
interests and collaborates with multiple teams to develop robust
communications programs, messaging, and production schedules. Last
year, she drove improvements to the communications experience for
Mitel’s global channel partner audience with expanded product and
program updates and new on-demand technologies.
Ilona Masche, Marketing Director, DACH – Ilona leads
marketing for the DACH region at Mitel. She manages both online and
offline marketing campaigns with channel partners, taking an active
role from strategic planning to implementation. Last year, she
developed innovative channel incentives that helped partners reach
their targets while providing better opportunities to deliver the
right solution to customers and prospects.
Patricia Simon, Marketing Director, Northern and Southern
Europe- Patricia oversees field marketing in her region,
including developing and implementing strategic marketing programs
and plans. She also supports regional sales teams and marketing
partners with localized content. In 2023, she led the development
of successful targeted account-based marketing (ABM) programs and
multi-touch marketing campaigns with partners.
Sarah Watson, Head of Financial Services, Americas –
Sarah has spent over 30 years working with channel partners on
customer solutions and support. Last year, she delivered Mitel's
go-to-market strategy for the financial industry. Studying customer
challenges, onboarding new solution manufacturers, and revamping
the demo process, she helped further showcase Mitel’s solutions to
the financial service sector and grow partner business.
Sara Wilde, Senior Channel Marketing Manager – Sara leads
and delivers the marketing strategy for Mitel’s distribution
partners and supports strategic partner marketing efforts. She also
plays a crucial role in delivering high-profile partner events,
including the annual Mitel Next conference. Last year, she
supported programs and promotions for strategic partners across the
Americas and successfully drove a valuable vendor sponsorship
program to showcase Mitel technology and distributor partners at
Mitel Next.
