Embratel Sale Agreement With TELMEX, issued earlier today by MCI
(MCIAV.PK) over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that the
first paragraph, second sentence should read "and establishes a
$12.2 million transaction termination fee" rather than "and
establishes a $12.2 million breakup fee to the transaction" as
