McLane Company, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a service agreement with Famima Corporation USA. Backed by the strength of Japanese convenience store operator FamilyMart Co. Ltd., Famima plans to open 200 stores in the United States over the next four years. The first store will open in West Hollywood, Calif., in late July.
