We hereby inform that due to the filing of the Company's request for judicial recovery, as of 01/23/2024, business with the company's securities will be listed under the title "Judicial Recovery". All in all, the common shares of OSX BRASIL S.A. (OSXB3) will be excluded from the portfolios of the IGCX, IGNM, and ITAG Indices after the close of trading on 01/23/2024 at the last traded price.

Consequently, its participation will be proportionally redistributed among the other assets within the portfolio with the respective adjustments in the reducers of these Indices.
