This is the same as the grey market but the only difference is that the expert market uses computers to link the brokers instead of them having manually calling other brokers for quotes and share availability... So it really just uses computers instead of the phone... Still no bid or ask though... It makes a the trade process much faster than on the regular grey sheets...Way much better than to be listed on the grey sheets IMO... hope this helps some
