GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., June 12, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc. (OTCQB: XONI) (“Xtreme One”), a diversified media and live-event sports company, and parent company of Xtreme Fighting Championships (XFC), today announced it won a Summary Judgment for breach of contract, a key aspect of the Company and shareholder Plaintiffs’ lawsuit alleging fraud, conversion, breach of contract, and wire fraud filed against investor and lender Williamsburg Venture Holdings, LLC ("WVH") and its Managing Member Ronald Glenn.

The Order, issued on June 11, 2026, by Kent County (Michigan) Circuit Court Judge Curt Benson, requires WVH to either purchase 6.6 million shares of Xtreme One stock in the open market and return the shares by June 25, 2026, or a subsequent Judgment will be entered requiring WVH to pay cash restitution equal to the market value of the 6.6 million shares at the closing stock price on June 25, 2026.

The broader lawsuit, filed by Plaintiffs Xtreme One Entertainment and shareholders Daniel Acciavatti and Thomas Humphries, alleges that WVH entered into a $10 million equity purchase agreement with Xtreme One in January 2026. However, instead of funding the purchase of the XONI shares as agreed, WVH allegedly induced Xtreme One to transfer the shares without paying for them and began immediately selling the stock at deeply discounted prices on the open market. The lawsuit alleges that this irregular trading was the cause of the rapid decline in the price of XONI stock, along with harm to the company’s reputation and loss of investor goodwill.

Sworn testimony in the case by Mr. Glenn, as part of the Preliminary Injunction and his court-ordered Criminal Contempt Show Cause Hearing for alleged perjury, confirmed that WVH sold 3 million shares of XONI stock at $0.003 per share, a small fraction of the $0.07 closing price at the end of that trading day, and WVH subsequently sold an additional 3.6 million shares at an average price of $.009 per share.

Renamed The Theater at Virgin Hotels, it reentered the MMA spotlight with UFC Fight Night: Yan vs. Dvalishvili in 2023, followed by several PFL events — cementing its reputation as a launchpad for champions.

Now, Juan Archuleta (30-7) returns to action just a week after his birthday, riding high from a viral knockout victory in June at BORROKA 3, where he captured the inaugural Borroka MMA Featherweight World Title with a stunning flying knee finish. Despite a decorated career in Bellator, RIZIN, and King of the Cage, XFC 53 marks Archuleta’s long-awaited Las Vegas debut.

Archuleta is set to defend his Borroka MMA title against a yet-to-be-announced challenger. Full bout details will be revealed in the coming days.

The co-main event will feature the inaugural BORROKA XFC flyweight world title fight between two of the sport's top prospects, who will vie to become the first flyweight world champion and the promotion's second world champion overall. This world title fight came about as both men have been on a collision course since signing with the promotion.

Galvan (9-3) returns after shining at the first two BORROKA MMA events. Galvan, known as "El Huracan," knocked out Dana White's Contender Series alum Cee Jay Hamilton at BORROKA 1. The Las Vegas resident then returned in the main event of BORROKA 2: Galvan vs. Trujillo with a dominant Unanimous Decision win against former CFFC champion Alberto Trujillo this past March.

Meanwhile, Maya (9-3) returns to the cage after winning his Borroka debut on the same card as Galvan at BORROKA 2. The Mexico native known as "Kamikaze" defeated LFA veteran Rodney Kealohi via Unanimous Decision that night. Now the Budo SC interim flyweight champion looks to win his first world title and give his Mexican fans another reason to celebrate during Mexican Independence Day week.

DETROIT, Feb. 07, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Xtreme Fighting Championships (XFC) presented by Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc. (OTCPink: XONI) today announced XFC 52: THE AWAKENING on Friday, March 28th, marking XFC’s first visit to Iowa since 2021.

XFC 52: THE AWAKENING will take place live from Xtream Arena at the University of Iowa with tickets going on sale today, February 7th at 10 a.m. C.T. through XtreamArena.com. Tickets start at $20; VIP tables with exclusive night of experiences are $2,000 or $350 individually and cage-side seats are $125. Doors will open at 5 p.m. CT with the first preliminary bout starting at 6:00 p.m. CT and the main card beginning at 8 p.m. CT.

As part of their efforts to bring XFC to Iowa, XFC is partnering with Iowa-native and UFC fan favorite Jeremy Stephens to host XFC 52: THE AWAKENING.

In 2007, Stephens signed with UFC where he would spend the next 14 years taking on the best lightweights in the division, including Jose Aldo, Frankie Edgar, Max Hollaway, Gilbert Melendez and Cub Swanson, among many others.
