Duffy is a joke there are no imminent contracts coming or he wouldnt be unloading shares the way he is. Him and his brother have made hundreds of thousands of dollars each of this share printing joke. The OS is toast this is never running we seen that with certification announcement and that tanked price and has been diluted down once again. PPS is tanking fast due to Duffys dilution it will be back suboenny by end of month at this wait. Have a good red weekend!!! This is the same Duffy pattern for 5 years any positive price movement was followed by relentless dilution desperately taking any price people were willing to pay while destroying shareholder value! Prove me wrong. How much we down last 5 years? Last 2 months? Last 30 days? Last week?? If you don't understand stocks just learn about share structure and then look at Xeriant's and the path it continues on. UMAV and their millions in debt and zero products is not the answer they are worse than XTI! Since the company loves research papers and thinking that was going to help stop the bleeding they should do a research paper on how to destroy shareholder value and share structure. I held 2.9 mil that I had slowly accumulated for a little less than .002 avg. Long before you had even heard of Xeriant, which I sold all of during 2021 so I don't need to invest in this POS SCAM again.

Why is the Nexboard Trademark still pending?? Duffy filed for it back in 2022. Why did Duffy extended with "A fourth request for extension of time to file a Statement of Use has been granted." yet NEVER paid the fees????
Instead Duffy is using TM. Which is NOT REGISTERED with USPTO but it is free. Is XERI so broke they can't pay for the trademark. Or is it a case they just needed to file for the appearance to set the narrative for "STORY"

JV Agreement clearly states that upon termination of the JV Agreement that all XTI and TriFan 600 IP reverts from the Eco-Aero LLC (the JV company) back to XTI Aircraft.

Xeriant is likely to win money or equity valued at the $5.4M value it provided to XTI that XTI stated it owed Xeriant as XTI equity stock yet failed to deliver at a $5.4M valuation.

You think XERI has been paying their debts. They are already in default on the Auctus settlement agreement AGAIN. Which means Auctus can request full payment from the original agreement.

Exactly we are on the same page im not asking for an update on negotiations here. Where is the direction of company going? What about the other 2 products the general mentioned? What about exterior products? What are next big goals that are being worked towards?

I agree that some kind of post-certification statement would be helpful -- but mostly for those who haven't been paying attention and/or who have largely dismissed the company's official statements regarding the growing interest in NEXBOARD by leading builders and construction companies. That said, it wouldn't hurt to get a better idea of the big picture or the company's "vision" for NEXBOARD, its core technology, and/or the overall DUREVER brand. But I'd hate to see them screw up a "mega-contract" by inadvertently violating some sort of confidentiality clause for the sake of terporarily shoring up the share price
