So try and follow the loan for Auctus could purchase 50,968,828 for $.1187 which would cost $6 mil. Now that the shares price is .0138 that increases the warrant size. Do you understand XERI still owes Auctus $6 mil since the default and hasn't been paying their debt.

I agree that some kind of post-certification statement would be helpful -- but mostly for those who haven't been paying attention and/or who have largely dismissed the company's official statements regarding the growing interest in NEXBOARD by leading builders and construction companies. That said, it wouldn't hurt to get a better idea of the big picture or the company's "vision" for NEXBOARD, its core technology, and/or the overall DUREVER brand. But I'd hate to see them screw up a "mega-contract" by inadvertently violating some sort of confidentiality clause for the sake of terporarily shoring up the share price
