Nobody disputes what the May 19 PR says, it announced Jay acquired majority voting control. The CEO later clarified that the transaction included all of George’s registered common and preferred shares. You may choose not to believe Jay, but that’s different from proving he’s lying.
As for probate, you’re assuming those common shares were still owned by George when he died. That’s the missing link in your entire argument. Show the estate inventory, probate filing, transfer agent record, or any document proving those WNFT shares remained part of his estate. You can’t.
Instead, you dismiss the company’s disclosure, dismiss the CEO’s statement, and replace both with speculation.
Produce documentation that the shares are in probate or admit you’re filling in the blanks with your own theory.
