Any idea as to when they will announce the big news about the patent and a major credit card company who wants to purchase this technology from them?

Will they just purchase $VRTC outright and get all the patents?

$VRTC a takeover target? Yes very likely.

Patents in the banking field could collect millions in revenue. A large corporation who needs to utilize patented technology would likely be financially ahead by absorbing Veritec's Assets as opposed to paying licensing fees.

$VRTC with it's timy float would have a monster run if buyout rumors have validity.

Nothing happening here, but wouldn't mind having some at .06 cents to tuck away and maybe, just MAYBE this gets pushed again to .50 plus during 2012? I like the patents this company owns, they have a lot to like, but dead quiet stock right now. But at .06, I think it is a no brainer, if someone doesn't mind sitting on them for a while, jmo. Could be a 10 bagger minimum coming in 2012??? Risky yes, but buying on the cheap down here.

I saw .08 x .15 late yesterday.

Been watching VRTC for weeks now for it to come back down in slow motion so I can buy. Maybe I'm in next week, maybe next year, but this is a nice little stock.

Agreed Trusting, cause there is much to like about Veritec in my opinion.

There are some positives about the company but with no interest...it doesn't matter. They need a real promo team to create some volume and get it on some radars. IMO

I received at least 5 emails from a few diff companies on this one the past couple months. It was down around .05 in all fairness, now around a quarter or whatever. But just no volume then or now to speak of, so no clue what happens going forward.

Level two on ETrade Pro does not work for this stock, that happens once in a blue moon, no clue why on this particular stock.

If there is a promo going...it must be a secret to the market. Never say never...but I tend to look at L2 for reality and that tells me all I need to know here.

Funny, I sure don't know. Never seen so many posts at IHUB pumping and zero buying, or next to it. I'd expect this to drift lower, could be wrong, time will tell if this can get a real substantial promo going or not.

If this stock should ever come back down to .05 range again, I'll load a sizable amount and sit on it for a yr or two. I think this company could have a VERY bright future, remains to be seen. Lot of posts here, to much hot air and no follow through in buying as of yet, but rooting for you guys to do well.

Sssh. VRTC has a 15 million o/s and 4 million float and is ready to move higher. The only thing holding investors off is the high price, but they don't realize the market cap is only around 5 million....

I heard from a possibly reliable source that the news that could possibly come has a chance of possibly being good news. That possible goods news could possibly increase the PPS.

Given I have shares of this stock, I can hope you are right about the "rumor", however, given the recent infusion of major pumping (always brings doubt in my view)...I will proceed with great caution.
