Viper Networks Announces Launches of Mobile Services and US Smart City Pilot in Archuleta County Colorado
TROY, Mich., April 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viper Networks (OTCID: VPER) has announced the launch of its mobile services and its first smart city pilot in the United States. The intended launch date is in the late second quarter of 2026. Operating as Four Corners Wireless, 0Wire Communications, will provide mobile services, business communications services and smart city services in Archuleta County, Colorado, commencing with Pagosa Springs.
Operating from both existing infrastructure as well as its own physical infrastructure, which includes its state-of-the-art Community line of smart poles and smart lighting systems, services will include full mobility, business services that eliminate the need for Over-the-Top legacy Voice-over-IP services and a full suite of smart city services at one of the county facilities. The smart city pilot will showcase the full breadth of 0Wire’s capabilities, including intelligent lighting, cameras and associated video solutions capable of powerful AI analytics, advertising panels and a public WiFi solution for the county’s most important event center.
Archuleta was selected for the pilot because of the support that 0Wire received from the local community. The county is representative of the challenges facing many smaller markets across the United States where remote geography and reduced population density creates a gap in key infrastructure, particularly in mobile service. “The launch of our first mobile and smart city services in the United States is a key milestone in 0Wire’s evolution,” said Erik Levitt, the company’s CEO. “Our management team promised to delivery on all five pillars of our Everything Wireless: Telecom+Energy strategy this year, and this is the first step in delivering on that promise.” The Company’s five pillars include: Over-the-Top (“OTT”) technology, fixed wireless, mobility, smart city and renewable energy generation projects.
“As anyone who lives in Western Colorado knows, the entire region is a patchwork of cellular coverage and dead zones. We are happy that 0Wire and Four Corners Wireless are bringing their innovative mobile solutions to rural southwestern Colorado and are excited that they will be beginning their investment right here in Archuleta County,” said Eric Hittle, the technical director of Archuleta County broadband services.
0Wire has been investing in its mobile and smart city practice, beginning with its joint venture with Choice Wireless to expand the Virtuolink mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) platform, the creation of the 0Wire [CARICOM] subsidiary in St. Lucia and the announcement of its intentions to begin operating in Dominica in 2026. The company’s field teams have been active across the Eastern Caribbean region preparing for the parallel launch of services in those markets.
“The knowledge, expertise and willingness to work with 0Wire throughout the process of construction has been a cornerstone of our experience in the county,” said Nichole Chick, the company’s VP of Engineering and Project Management, and project lead. “We have found a welcome home in Pagosa Springs and Archuleta County.” Through its Four Corners Wireless brand, 0Wire intends to expand its coverage beyond the scope of any other telecommunications operator in the county and expand throughout the Four Corners region of Colorado.

It appears the Farid Follies have come to an end. Not sure if he's in the passenger seat, back seat, or getting kicked to the curb, but make no mistake... Leavitt is Driving. Having the NYU pedigree has much merit, and it shows (night and day difference to the former "CEO" as he was referred to.
There remain many loose ends, and speculations surrounding this transition, with limited information as of yet - hoping that soon changes. The financial situation has come a long way in (18) months and there has been much activity surrounding Erik's portion. Not sure if the Smart City thing survives or what his intention(s) are with it. At least we're done with the "business of the day" thing, he appears to be focused with his Telecom interest(s).
Would have been nice to know if there actually any business/installation done in Sri Lanka, and Saudi. If so, why wasn't there any evidence shown to the public/shareholders? Whatever happened to the 21 Cities in Chacago deal - the biggest Farid Folly?

TROY, Mich. and WILLEMSTAD, Curaçao, March 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viper Networks(VPER) subsidiary 0Wire Communications has joined the Caribbean Datacenter Association as an Affiliate Member. The vision of the Caribbean Datacenter Association is to build cutting edge infrastructure connecting datacenters and facilitating the proliferation of the digital economy in the region while fostering growth, collaboration and excellence of datacenter operators and technology across the Caribbean.
Earlier this year Viper announced the creation of 0Wire CARICOM in St. Lucia, a wholly owned subsidiary, as well as the company’s strategy for the operations of telecommunications networks across the Eastern Caribbean. The company’s vision is to commence operations initially in Dominica and the subsequently in St. Lucia and St. Kitts, addressing fixed wireless, mobile services and smart city services, three of the five pillars of the company’s Everything Wireless: Telecom+Energy strategy.
“Datacenters are the fundamental building blocks of a country’s digital DNA,” said Erik Levitt, the company’s CEO. “Creating opportunity in the region requires access to local digital infrastructure, creating local content and storing that data in a manner consistent with data sovereignty aspirations. The key to the success of those datacenters is having access to affordable connectivity. 0Wire intends to provide those services across the region in the long term.”
“We are proud to welcome 0Wire Communications to the Caribbean Datacenter Association. Connectivity is the foundation of every data center and IXP; without it, there is no digital economy. By strengthening interconnection across the Caribbean and beyond, we are building a truly unified and resilient digital region,” said Giovanni King, the chairman of the Caribbean Data Center Association.
As the company deploys infrastructure throughout the region, interconnecting datacenters will generate revenue as well as increase the value of the network to the company’s subscribers, which the company calls Global Citizens, ultimately creating shareholder value.

Viper Networks Releases Annual Financial Statements
TROY, Mich., Feb. 09, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viper Networks (OTCID: VPER) released its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The company continued to improve its quarter-over-quarter performance without increasing liabilities, increased cash and positive EBITDA.
Revenues for the year increased to $5.546 million, increasing from $936 thousand in the same period during 2024. EBITDA increased to $199,197, increasing from ($218,035) in the same period in 2024. The increase was due to the acquisition of the telecommunications subsidiaries now known as 0Wire Communications, LLC, and 0Wire Wholesale, LLC, and their subsidiaries. The subsidiaries generated $3,280 million in annualized revenue during the most recent annual reporting period before the acquisition by Viper, representing an increase of 69%, achieved entirely through organic growth. The organic growth was due to the unique set of services offered because of the company’s strategic licensing, a key differentiator in the market. Net income increased to ($127,762), but $199,321 of expenses were non cash. The results from operations generated positive cash flow of $62,968.
Key milestones for the year include:
Operations resulted in positive EBITDA and positive cash flows with strong organic growth.
Expansion of the mobile numbering footprint, a key predecessor to the launch of mobile services in the US market.
The company launched its mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) services through its Joint Venture Agreement with Choice Wireless, providing the critical infrastructure for the launch of mobility services in the United States, the Caribbean and other markets.
The first US pilot will now include fixed wireless, full mobility and smart city infrastructure.
The smart city pilot was completed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The registration of the regional parent company, 0Wire [CARICOM], LLC, in St. Lucia have been completed. Registrations for the local corporate and telecommunications operations have begun in Dominica and will commence shortly in St. Kitts with the intention of providing services in Dominica, St. Kitts and St. Lucia in 2026.
The company has commenced its audit processes, the first step in the process of carrying out the corporate actions intended by the Board of Directors, which includes the rebranding of the corporate entity to 0Wire, Inc.
Strategic rebranding efforts have continued throughout the period. 1stPoint Communications, LLC was renamed 0Wire Communications, Inc, and two new subsidiaries, 0Wire Hosting, LLC and 0Wire Wholesale, LLC were organized.
“The company continued its transformation in 2025. We executed effectively on the development of our Everything Wireless: Telecom+Energy strategy,” said Erik Levitt, the company’s CEO. “We built on our strengths, improving our financial results and our balance sheet. The management team progressed in our projects in the United States, Sri Lanka and the Caribbean and we look forward not only continuing, but accelerating, this transformation in 2026.”
“Management continues to execute the strategic vision of the company’s Board of Directors,” said Farid Shouekani, the company’s chairman. “We made progress in all markets and look forward to announcing our progress in the coming periods. After completing the audit and issuing the necessary filings the company will undertake the key corporate actions that will allow us to continue to execute on this vision in the future,” added Mr. Shouekani.

Viper Networks Announces Operation Plans for the Eastern Caribbean Region
TROY, Mich. and CASTRIES, Saint Lucia, Dec. 23, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viper Networks (OTCID: VPER) has announced the creation of 0Wire (CARICOM), Ltd. in St. Lucia, a subsidiary of Viper Networks, Inc. The entity will be the holding company for each of the subsidiaries that 0Wire plans to operate in the Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority (“ECTel”) region, which includes St. Kitts, Dominica, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and Grenada.
The first deployment, which will take place in Dominica, is presently scheduled to proceed throughout the first quarter of 2026. Corporate actions in Dominica have already commenced and licensing will proceed as soon as the actions have been filed. 0Wire’s advanced scouting and engineering teams have already been in country for several months arranging the necessary licensing, meeting with regulators and constituents, arranging trans-continental connectivity as well as working with local sites that will be the backbone of the local network. Initial services will include fixed wireless access, home and business Internet access and telephony services.
Simultaneous to the launch in Dominica, 0Wire is launching mobile service throughout the United States, specifically addressing expatriates from the Eastern Caribbean market. Facilitated by the VirtuoLink Platform in its recently announced MVNE joint venture, the mobile service will operate in tandem with services in Dominica. By providing plans that span borders, this allows seamless calling, messaging, video and data services between 0Wire subscribers (called “Global Citizens”) anywhere within the 0Wire footprint. Global Citizens in the United States will be provided with a local telephone number in Dominica and Global Citizens in Dominica will be provided with a local number in the United States, removing the expensive calling regimes of established operators and the need to resort to third party Over-the-Top (“OTT”) providers to communicate cost effectively. 0Wire intends to expand this service to include St. Lucia and St. Kitts as it launches in those markets.
“We have been on the ground working with regulators, non-government organizations, and our Global Citizens for quite some time preparing for this launch,” said Nichole Chick, 0Wire’s Vice President of Engineering and Project Management. “Infrastructure is most valuable when it is built with the community, not around it. Access to inexpensive telecommunications resources is now a basic human right, and we are here to provide that service.”
0Wire will help address the Information and Communications Technology (“ICT”) initiatives of its host countries, commencing with Dominica, by providing a secure, limited, no cost service to children under twelve years old in the same household as any 0Wire Global Citizen. Any school that provides underlying services, such as rooftop access, will also be provided Internet service at no cost as part of 0Wire’s plans.
“0Wire management strongly believes that mobility and fixed wireless access are two of the pillars that will be the growth areas for the company moving forward,” said Erik Levitt, 0Wire’s CEO. “Our innovative approach to the services that we are offering will provide a sustainable competitive advantage, and we plan to maximize that advantage for the benefit of our Global Citizens and our shareholders.”

Viper Networks and Choice Wireless Announce Joint Venture Agreement
TROY, Mich. and WICHITA FALLS, Texas, Dec. 19, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viper Networks (OTCID: VPER) and Choice Wireless, LLC, a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (“MVNE”) have signed an agreement under which the two companies will jointly market innovative services that bridge the gaps between customer demand and the mobile products and services that are currently available in the market. The services include:
an on-ramp for new Mobile Virtual Network Operators (“MVNOs”) interested in entering niche geographical and cultural markets;
a full suite of enterprise communications products that eliminate the need for complex and redundant Voice-over-IP systems and consolidate corporate communications onto mobile devices natively; and
highly secure mobile data services that create virtual private networks throughout the global mobile ecosystem.
In addition to new customer acquisition, Viper’s subsidiary, 0Wire Communications, will use the Choice Wireless VirtuoLink platform as the core for its upcoming mobile deployments. “By engaging Choice Wireless as our MVNE, we have been able to focus on the deployment of our radio access networks in our key markets,” said Nichole Chick, 0Wire’s Vice President of Engineering and Project Management, who is responsible for the Company’s mobile implementation. “Constructing these networks involves a complex set of commercial, technical and regulatory arrangements that require a substantial investment in human capital and expertise.” added Miss Chick.
Choice and 0Wire are currently pursuing several new opportunities to provide MVNE services to existing customers as well as prospective new clients. “Working with 0Wire has expanded our operational and marketing capabilities substantially,” said Netanel Avner, CEO of Choice Wireless. “Each of the opportunities we are pursuing jointly can have a substantial impact on the revenues of both companies.” Choice’s VirtuoLink MVNE platform and International Mobile Subscriber Identity (“IMSI”) Library includes a suite of applications that can substantially reduce time to market and expense when compared with dedicated Evolved Packet Core (“EPC”) and IP Multimedia Subsystem (“IMS”) deployments, reducing upfront costs by up to 90% and decreasing time to market by several months.
Unlike many cloud-based 4G and 5G MVNE solutions, which do not include IMS capability due to their expense and complexity, the solution offered by 0Wire and Choice Wireless can offer full mobile services to any modern device. “We spent several quarters preparing for this rollout,” said Erik Levitt, 0Wire’s CEO. “While Internet-of-Things and data-only solutions are a very competitive market, our unique set of technology, licensing and commercial agreements has allowed us to offer more advanced services to a different class of customers. These customers are far are less likely to switch services, which reduces potential churn and enhances both top line revenue and EBITDA per subscriber. 0Wire management believes quite strongly that mobility and smart city are two of the pillars of our Everything Wireless: Telecom+Energy strategy that will drive long term, sustainable revenue,” added Mr. Levitt.

If the acquisition is real, then the quarter is good for shareholders. My main problem is how that whole thing went down and some number of shares related to it still haven't been issued. All of their websites look like garbage. If I was a shareholder and believed in the company, I'd sign up for service (or at least go through the motions) on the 0wire website and see what came of that. As it is, I'm not a shareholder and would not trust the company with any personal information.
SG&A going up with 3 new VPs, so I don't see how VPER could see profit this year. Revenue has fluctuated a bit as well, with no meaningful sustained increases, so who knows where it will go next quarter. Very small sample size, however.
On top of that, the whole "Apollo" situation, Cybergrab, USADOCONCALL, etc, etc are all still up in the air, so I still don't see a "real" company. Name change has not been mentioned. What's the hold up?
If it ends up being a reverse merger, that would be something, but Farid is still involved, and the financials are still showing millions in debt, so I remain skeptical. Especially in light of the EcoTech acquisition and subsequent deacquisition.
What an amazing company.

Viper Networks Continues Strong Organic Growth in Release of Third Quarter Financial Statements
TROY, Mich., Nov. 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viper Networks (OTCPK: VPER) released its third quarter 2025 financial statements, improving quarter-over-quarter top line revenue, increasing EBITDA and continuing to reduce debt.
Revenues from the quarter rose to $1.562 million, increasing from $1.307 million in the first quarter of 2025 (the first full quarter after the acquisition of the telecommunications business unit). EBITDA (non-GAAP) for the nine-months ended September 30, 2025 increased to $103,387, as compared to an EBITDA loss of $288,418 for the same period in 2024. The growth was primarily due to organic increases in the Over-the-Top (“OTT”) business unit.
Operating losses decreased to $58,771, from $314,813 in the same period in 2024. The operating loss was primarily due to non-cash expenses, including depreciation and amortization associated with the acquisition of the telecommunications business unit. Depreciation and amortization expenses were $148,984 during the period.
“We continue to see strong growth in our existing businesses,” said Erik Levitt, the Company’s CEO. “We are very pleased with the progress we have made in our mobile voice and messaging products. The competitive advantage we have developed will be key in the rollout of our mobile solutions in the US and the Eastern Caribbean.”
During the quarter the company continued to make progress in its US and Caribbean markets. “This quarter we have pursued critical supplier agreements, addressed key regulatory requirements and established the necessary marketing channels in advance of the upcoming release of our mobile services,” said Nichole Chick, the Company’s Vice President of Engineering and Project Management. “We have been laying the foundation necessary for a successful launch of our mobile services in our target markets.”
“The projects presently under development will exercise all five of the pillar’s of our Everything Wireless strategy. We look forward to providing more insight into the development of these projects in the coming quarter,” said Farid Shouekani, the Company’s President and Chairman. The five pillars of the company’s Everything Wireless: Telecom+Energy strategy include OTT technology, fixed wireless access, mobility, smart cities and renewable energy generation. “We are very pleased with the continued growth in our existing businesses as well as the progress of our projects in the Americas and in Sri Lanka,” added Mr. Shouekani.

From Erik Levitt on Wednesday - (Sounds like one of our employees is doing a "Great" job) - "Veteran’s Day this year is a little different for me than prior years. This year I have had the honor and privilege to work so closely with Nichole Chick in her first civilian position.
We met randomly at a place that neither one of us planned to be at, due to a random set of circumstances that started months before for us both. Once we had a chance to talk I knew immediately that she was a perfect fit for 0Wire’s objectives.
As a field artillery officer and signal officer, and a graduate of West Point she had the perfect set of experience, capabilities and skills that we needed to do the rarest of jobs under the most difficult of circumstances. What she said she wanted in a position was as an exact match. I had to ask for a second interview from another person in our Executive Committee because I thought I was too certain.
In the last ten weeks we have been in Madrid, London, Belfast, Dominica, Antigua, Trinidad, Miami, Las Vegas, Tampa, Phoenix, Durango and Pagosa Springs (representing over 11 towns and cities, six countries and three continents). We have been in jungles, deserts, high altitude forests, oceans, rivers, been below sea level and over ten thousand feet. We climbed mountains, buildings, rocks and ladders, looking at rooftops, towers and landing stations. Nichole has learned how to configure routers and switches, MPLS and BGP, built Windows servers and configured DNS on Linux. She has navigated Caribbean regulations and the politics of counties in Colorado. And all that time she has kept our two most important projects moving forward while moving to a new city to be closer to her work and her dreams.
Easy and hard are just constructs we make up in our minds. I have never before worked with or traveled with someone as easily as Nichole. I didn’t have to decide it was easy. Working with her is easy. We have seen each other at our best and at our worst and have come out of every situation laughing. She puts so much effort into being the best version of herself, but in the end it looks effortless. That should be an inspiration to all of us.
I had higher hopes for Nichole than anyone I have ever worked with, and sent her straight into it. She has not only met those expectations, but in many ways exceeded them. Not only that, but I get to learn from her every day.
At 0Wire our Everything Wireless Strategy is not about technology. Our mission is to change lives, to bring services to where they are needed most, whether that is mobility, Internet or energy.
The people we work with are as, or more important, than the work we do. I am lucky enough to not only have a mission that I am deeply passionate about, but also work with a team of incredible people.
So this year I celebrate one particular veteran who continues in the tradition of selfless service, Nichole Chick, our VP of Engineering and Project Management.
To all our veterans and to those who currently serve our country, thank you for your service."
They are now on their way to NYC where he is to speak at Broadband Nation on Tuesday in Orlando about wireless access networks, spectrum, our MVNE, and some of the exciting projects we are developing.
News should be coming soon...!
