To elaborate on what's going on here with MMBF which is now MMBFD... I can't.

We're in "wait and see" mode to see what exactly will be coming. So far, the name has quietly changed from Momentum Biofuels Inc. to Vector 21 Holdings Inc. as of late. Per FINRA website, the ticker is scheduled to change from MMBFD to VHLD effective July 6, 2021:

I'm guessing the company will be prepared to inform us shareholders what this is all about soon after July 6 for their plans to operationally move forward.

GM STERVC, can you please elaborate what is going on here? I had a good amount of share prior to the split announcement and had a cusip in the account for the last few week awaiting the conversion and today there is nothing...no cusip no share

I have been holding MMBF, which is now MMBFD, for a long time. I don't even remember why I bought some. I must say that these events are very interesting. I've seen this a couple of times before, but not often.

With MMBF doing a 1 to 8,000 reverse split to then immediately turn around to do a 100 to 1 forward split is in essence them doing a 1 for 80 reverse split when all is said and done which really isn't that bad considering or depending on what their operational goals might be which is unknown thus far. I think I'm hanging around to see what will happen as I would like to think that they have some kind of a plan for "quietly" doing what they did:

Error in prior post: I meant a 100 for one forward split, not a one for 100 forward split.

Shareholders should ask the company their reasons for a one for 8,000 R/S followed by a one for 100 forward split. The end result is a one for 80 reverse split, so the company could have just gone that route.

I have no idea why any company does a reverse split followed by a forward split.
