announced the debut of regularly scheduled blog posts in
conjunction with the newly designed website for their RegiMEN™
brand. Written by experts in their field, the posts not only
provide practical information but will also serve as a vital
channel with which to better build the RegiMEN community. The blogs
will provide insight on topics that are of interest to men today;
healthy eating, healthy relationships, healthy-living and staying
active.
Each of the blogs, posted on RegimenLife.com address important
issues for today’s man and are in keeping with the Company
philosophy of living well and healthy-aging. Titled Well Being with
Dr. Eric Z, Good Food with Brett Long, Active Living with Marcus
Woods, and Relation Tips with Todd Creager, each blog is written by
a recognized authority in their field and will provide helpful
advice and tips with which to live life well.
A soon to be implemented feature will give the RegiMEN community
the opportunity to comment and exchange ideas with the blog authors
and each other, along with the added capability of sharing the
posts on the most popular social media channels.

- Dr. Z (Dr. Eric L. Zielinski) is on a
