UAT Group’s Subsidiary, H2O Processing, Enters into Agreement to Acquire Discharge Well Interest Valued at $2.8M Annually

Denver, CO, Dec. 21, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Umbra Applied Technologies Group, Inc’s (OTC Pink: UATG) subsidiary, H2O Processing, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Bellows Operating Salt Water Discharge (BOSWD) to purchase a 50% stake interest in one of its salt water discharge sites.

The site is a leased property in Asherton TX generating income from the disposal of discharge water derived from oil well operations. The site is currently structured to process an estimated 5,000 bbl/day of water and separate 1,200 bbl/month of suspended oil from the discharge brine water. H2O Processing will enhance existing capabilities when it delivers additional equipment to the Asherton site as well as improving the sites green architecture, operational efficiencies and doubling capacity to 7,500 bbl/day of water and 1,800 bbl/month. Initial projections of $1.9M are expected with revenues increasing to just over $2.8M as additional equipment is delivered to site. The partnership will continue to expand capacity by drilling new wells to keep pace with demand. This contract is in addition to the three previous contracts announced earlier in this month. In total H2O has announced four contracts this month totaling nearly $52 million annually.

Also, this ticket did publicly trade for a while, although over 5.00 a share!

Occasionally Bobbar & I communicate here when we want to keep it off the other board. However, I do still own shares here still. Although I feel completely abandoned by Umbra. I know things didn’t work out, but they were instrumental in creating this ticker and even sent out PR’s stating that all the acquisitions were acquired here.

This company has nothing to with UATG or the CEO. The press release a few months back made that clear and when I spoke with him a couple weeks back he said UCIX has and will have no affiliation with UATG or any of its subs. They bought UCIX to do something specific and it didnt work out because the people they bought it from did not deliver on the contract terms. It was in the press release. Hes obviously waiting on something with this ticker and I have a feeling its a legal issue. Considering how he has gone after people in he past for things, I do not envy the people who screwed this up.

Otcmarkets.com - UCiX has been acquired by a Real Estate developer and is not affiliated with Alex Umbra. They filed an S-1 on the 24th. Also Looks like they diluted the crap out of it!

I don’t know for sure. This is all that has been announced so far. My personal belief is that they could spin Hygieia off into a company of its own. We will see.

Is the Ossifix merge to UATG the last of the UCIX assets? Or do you think there will be more announcements?
