SALT LAKE CITY, April 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Terra Systems,
Inc. (OTC:TSYI) (BULLETIN BOARD: TSYI) - Terra Systems, Inc.
("TSYI") of Salt Lake City, Utah is pleased to announce acquisition
of the exclusive long term rights to Combustion Resources, LLC's
("CR") of Provo, UT patent pending Clean Coke Technology. In the
fall of 2006, Terra Systems and Combustion Resources completed a
pre-feasibility study in which it was concluded that the
development of a western US based carbon upgrading calcining
facility using Clean Coke Technology was geographically warranted
and economically justified. In January of this year, Terra Systems
and Combustion Resources established an alliance in which the two
companies have since developed and constructed a pilot facility at
the newly established Western Energy Training Center located
outside Price, Utah. The plant has been contracted to produce
custom products for industrial clients. This long term licensing
agreement will couple the technology strengths of Combustion
Resources with the commercial development and operational strengths
of Terra Systems. Terra Systems, Inc. is a clean energy technology
company incorporated in 1996 focused on advanced clean coal power
generation, enhancement and utilization of waste coal and upgrading
of specialty carbon products. Combustion Resources, established in
1995, provides consulting and analytical testing services in the
fields of energy, fuels, and combustion by utilizing a wide range
of resources and technologies to facilitate learning and increased
