Dropped to the expert market today, excellent company, outstanding growth, low float and market cap... Then an internal power struggle within the Chinese Gov't and no one knows where the CEO is, or his high ranking uncle...
Excuse me while I wave the flag of freedom and kiss 6 months profit away..

Put a fork in it.. Internal conflicts within Chinese Govt ... will be dark next week and the future is... no one knows... as per the phone call this am with the man in America.

Today's volume was only $600, someone with a gamblers thirst or does someone know something,, we are right on the cusp of the expert market next week.

I have three theories on this one

1. They are working on finishing their audited financials and will be ready to go fully reporting before the grace period deadline.
Not very likely the web site is still down they do not answer phone or email

2. They will let it go to the expert market and those experts in the know can scoop shares at .001
They were backed by EF Hutton at one time so that is a great way to control public stock without doing an IPO

3. They will go dark and let the public entity lapse and they will stay private.
This is a possibility and that sound you hear is my ass sucking the wind of dispair.

The long shot here is they comeback fully compliant then it would be a quick jump to the NASDAQ or I am sitting on a wad of useless stock.

I am in just about every Ben shell, HENI may finally be ready to go, AESO and NHYF look very promising. So did this, but always leary of these chinese pinkies. Not all of Ben's ended up well, RIBS went bad (the last I checked), LPHM (now RONN) turned into a share-printing dilution machine. Once he hands over the reins it's really out of his hands, although he still holds shares many times and that is the case with HENI as far as I know.

Who's selling shares? There has been low to no volume for over a year. This is one of the most dead traded shells.

Everything was fine with this one until the audited financials were due, then,,,,,,,, website went dark, email goes unanswered and phone goes to a voicemail and is unanswered.

They have put a lot of time and energy into this one but .......is it real or was it all a fake job to sell shares?

There was not one translation error in their entire website before it expired.... not one "we much happy"
Phone numbers were bogus as well as most emails, those that were not bogus went unanswered.
This was pretty slick with the news buildups over the past few months.

I have three theories

1. it was an intentional fleece job, this I find hard to believe I did a deep dive into everyone concerned with this company and every aspect appeared to pass the sniff test however I did notice their website was built through go daddy, found that unusual since they have the talent, and the lawyer they used heard a rumor he was mobbed up. Found that hard to believe since their office is one block from Wall st. downtown NY.

2. With the blocking of tick-tock this company did not want to gamble on the US market at this time.

3. They were not happy with the volume and share price and will now go silent and return onto the NASDAQ...(they will qualify within a year)

Who ever owned 80k shares of this to sell below .15 and save their shirt?
