$TGMR: new management just found this hidden gem:
1. NV SOS is showing that the new management is Ijeoma Miracle Umekwe and Roy Watson and that Frank lkechukwu Igwealor is gone;
2. OTC Markets website should be updated with the new management and hopefully they will file the remaining financial reports soon;
3. The extremely tiny share structure has been unchanged for at least four years;
4. "Shell Risk" means opportunity for a reverse merger;
5. There was no reverse split in the past 18 years (last reverse split was in 2007).

Frank custo – 2.6m share cancellation approved – *may 10 custo terminated - *mar 22 – share reduction reflected in q but not on otc - *june 20 reflected on otc.

I called them and sent a few emails to let them know it was Pink again. No word back yet.

I will say the shares are very tight. OTCM says the O/S is only 2.5MM. Who knows about the float.

I had this one on my radar for several weeks now. Have not been able to get any shares.

Now I see why. No shares up for sale at all on the Ask. This is a true "1-Sided Pink".

Also, MM's not reflecting orders correctly now that it is Pink. They must not have any shares either.

Probably waiting on somebody in the world to dump some shares to kick things off.
