-- Trans Global Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TGGI) has executed a
Share Exchange Agreement between International Green Building
Group, Inc ("IGBG") and its subsidiary Green Energy Savings
Corp.
IGBG currently has revenues of over $600,000 annually and has hired a firm in NJ to
audit their financials. Trans Global has filed an Amendment
with the State of Florida to
change the name of Green Energy Savings Corp and update the
Officers and Directors of the Company.
IGBG is headed by Nathan Hall, an
Army Veteran. Nathan served on a specialized, highly
tactical/deployable unit called "Road Warriors" that supported all
tactical Top Secret Communications for the Command/Commander in
Chief General Robert William RisCassi, ROK/U.S. Combined
Forces Command/Commander, United States Forces Korea
(CINCUNC/CINCCFC/COMUSFK). While, Nathan had many other
assignments during his military days, he finished off his Active
Duty at the Presidio of Monterey Defense Language Institute/
Foreign language Center (DLI/FLC).
Nathan was honorably discharged from the US Army Reserves
September 1999. Nathan is still a
very Pro-Active Disabled Veteran and serves as a Chapter 30 Service
Officer for the Disabled American Veterans in Seminole County, Florida.
Over the past 17 years, Mr. Hall worked throughout
the United States, Europe, Africa, Middle
East and Central/South
America with high profile clients. Mr. Hall has an extensive
background in International Business, Strategic Partnering, Venture
Capital, Business Brokering, Real Estate Acquisitions/Mortgage
Banking, Construction, Oil/Gas/Enhanced Oil Recovery, Commodities,
and Security. He is also a former Defense Article(s) broker
licensed with the U.S. State Department/Bureau of Political
Military Affairs.
Nathan is a member of the 82nd Airborne Division Association
"Orlando All Airborne," Veterans of Foreign Wars-Life Member,
Disabled American Veterans-Life Member FL Post 30/Chapter Service
Officer, and American Legion. He also sits on the board of
directors on the Sports for Peace Council-Somalia American Peace
Council, Nisei Goju Ryu Youth PAC, and is a Senior Advisor to
GWIN-Global Woman's Initiate Network.
